All of us at Westchester Arc are so proud of Bob Smith, NYSARC's 2009 Self-Advocate of the Year. Bob received this well-deserved award among his friends, staff and representatives from Westchester Arc and NYSARC at their 60th Annual Convention held October 23 in Albany. Bob is an inspiration to all of us and we congratulate him on this special recognition.
