Life Planning

The Life Planning Center functions as a link to all of the services provided by Westchester Arc. This helps families understand the variety of adult services available that can help the process of transitioning young people with developmental disabilities to adult living.

The Center provides planning and referral services to families who have a child with a developmental disability. Person Centered Planning identifies an individual’s capacities, interests and dreams, and develops strategies to realize them. For young people, this plan becomes a guide as they prepare for life after high school.
